Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel an order in accordance with applicable laws. To cancel an order, please contact us and provide your order number. Order cancellations are subject to the status of the order at the time the request is received.

Product Returns

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us. Product exchanges are possible provided that the product meets the return conditions and the requested replacement is available.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
